C is for Cookie!

Jackson has a funny sense of humor, for a kid who is only seventeen months old... he loves to play peek-a-boo, and he will often peek out from his hands or from behind the object he's holding up so he can slyly see the look on your face as he's about to "peek" you. He also anticipates the funny - if you go to tickle him, or peek-a-boo him, he gets this anticipatory smile on his face that just explodes into laughter.

Jackson also loves Sesame Street, and his first impression was of Count Von Count - if you went "Ah ah ah," Jackson would do it, too. But this one he did all on his own - Jesse did his Cookie Monster voice, and Jackson pretended to gobble a cookie like Cookie Monster! So last night, while (appropriately) eating a cookie, I got some video of Jackson doing his best Cookie Monster impression. Jesse's impression sounds a bit like Arnold Schwarzenegger as Cookie Monster though:
